We have a range of stock size screens,
ranging from small T-shirt printing screens 12"x16"
to the larger poster printing screens 73"x50"

Small stock size screens
Held in stock with a variety of mesh grades, or plain frames.
The frames are made from top quality Western red cedar,
Aluminium & Metal screens also available.

No.1 size: 305 mm x 410 mm (inside mesurement)
No.2 size: 560 mm x 410 mm (inside mesurement)
No.3 size: 560 mm x 690 mm (inside mesurement)
No.4 size: 610 mm x 865 mm (inside mesurement)

Screen Mesh

Mono Polyester
Used in 95% of printing jobs.
Mesh remains tight after continuous use.
Screens meshed with Polyester can be used again & again.

Mono Nylon
Used where mesh stretch is needed
ie bottle printing ect..
More flexable than polyester,
Not good for tight registration.

Multi Polyester
Instead of a single strand of mesh
this mesh has several woven threads
Not recommended for profesional use.
Harder to print through & clean screen.

Squeegees

Polyurethane Rubber
A top quality imported rubber,
very resistant to solvent based & U V inks.
Edge remains sharp after extensive use.
Available up to 3 mt lengths.

70 Shore soft for 95% of printing jobs
85 Shore hard for U.V. & large poster printing
V Shaped edge for textile and bottle printing

P1 = - V shape with flat top
P5 = - V shape sharp
P5 = - Square

Layer Rubber 75/95/75
Stocked in 60 x 9 mm profile po.
75 shore soft 95 shore hard 75 shore soft
in the one squeegee.
The 95 Shore hard rubber in the middle
reduces flexability so giving a more rigid squeegee
with the printing benefit of soft rubber on each side.

Squeegee Handles
Two types of handles are available,
Timber or aluminium;
Timber for hand printing & most printing jobs
Aluminium handle for machine printing.
Handles available either plain or with rubber.

We also provide a squeegee sharpening service in house.

Tip

Coat wooden handles with a varnish
if continuously in contact with water.
